Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and meticulous Finance Manager to join our esteemed team at Madar Logistics Platform. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial health of our organization, ensuring that all financial operations are conducted with precision, compliance, and strategic foresight. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and strategic planning to support the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies, to support the company’s operational and growth objectives.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, in accordance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement robust controls and mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure financial stability.
• Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform critical business decisions, such as investments, expansions, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure liquidity, meet financial obligations, and support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.
• Tax Planning and Compliance: Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filing processes to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Internal Controls and Audits: Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and prepare for internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis.
