Sales Specialist (Western Region) | Saudi Arabia

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist – Western Region (Business Development) to join one of Saudi Arabia’s most prestigious organizations. This role is critical for driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence within the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development, particularly within the Oil & Gas and Industrial Services sectors, with a strong focus on key clients such as ARAMCO and SABIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, with a strong emphasis on ARAMCO and SABIC.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the Oil & Gas and Industrial Services industries.
• Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and enhance the company’s competitive positioning in the region.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor market trends, track sales performance, and provide actionable insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Business Development or Sales, with a strong focus on the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Industry Expertise: Proven experience working with Oil & Gas or Industrial Services companies, particularly with ARAMCO and SABIC.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong business relationships.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including:

• Basic Salary: SAR 6,000 – 10,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
