Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Providing professional and responsive support to healthcare professionals, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Training and Education: Collaborating with senior team members to deliver training sessions and educational materials to healthcare staff, ensuring they are proficient in operating the equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in a clinical support, biomedical equipment, or healthcare technology role is highly desirable but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate complex medical equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
