Finance Reporting & Business Partnering Manager (FP&A)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Reporting & Business Partnering Manager (FP&A) to join our forward-thinking finance team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be instrumental in delivering precise financial reporting, generating commercial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data while collaborating closely with business leaders to enhance financial performance and foster sustainable expansion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of financial and strategic functions, including:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present monthly management reports, executive dashboards, board reports, and KPI performance packs to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Period-End Reporting: Coordinate and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory standards.
• Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Support statutory reporting obligations, regulatory compliance, and the annual external audit process to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and performance.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with business units to deliver financial insights, conduct commercial analysis, and support strategic initiatives that drive profitability and growth.
• Investment & Commercial Evaluation: Assess business cases, investment opportunities, commercial proposals, and strategic initiatives to guide executive decision-making.
• Profitability & Cost Analysis: Analyze project profitability, revenue performance, cost trends, and margin improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Pricing & Contract Reviews: Support pricing strategy reviews, contract evaluations, and profitability assessments to ensure competitive and sustainable business practices.
• Working Capital Management: Monitor and optimize working capital performance, including cash flow, receivables, payables, and liquidity, to maintain financial stability.
• Finance Transformation & Automation: Lead initiatives to automate financial reporting and digitize finance processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Technology & System Enhancement: Partner with IT and business stakeholders to upgrade ERP systems, reporting platforms, and financial data governance frameworks.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: Champion the use of advanced reporting and business intelligence solutions to promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance.
• A strong grasp of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial governance, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent systems.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record in finance transformation, reporting automation, or digital finance initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
