We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dhahran. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, ensuring our systems run smoothly, and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

• Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software
• Maintaining and updating our IT inventory
• Collaborating with our IT team to improve our support processes

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in IT support or a related role
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
