Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at CCE Contracting & Construction Enterprises, based in Jeddah. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all electrical engineering projects. Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct thorough inspections and audits of electrical systems, components, and installations to verify compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to mitigate risks and prevent defects.
• Technical Oversight: Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to review electrical designs, drawings, and schematics. Provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with best practices and project objectives.
• Testing & Validation: Perform comprehensive testing of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and instrumentation. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of inspections, test results, and compliance documentation. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting findings, non-conformities, and corrective measures implemented.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical installations adhere to local, national, and international codes and standards, such as NEC, IEC, and OSHA. Promote a culture of safety by identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing preventive measures.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in electrical engineering practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Professional certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer) or CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality control within the electrical engineering sector, preferably in construction or industrial projects. Experience with CAD software, electrical testing equipment, and quality management systems is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and control. Familiarity with testing protocols, failure analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Language & Compliance: Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, standards, and regulatory documents.
