Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team and oversee the implementation of low current systems projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of various low current systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion systems, networking, public address systems, and structured cabling. Your expertise will ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage low current systems projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with quality standards.
• System Design: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to design low current system solutions that meet industry and HCIS standards, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance for system selection, configuration, installation, and optimization, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including designs, specifications, drawings, and operation manuals, to facilitate smooth project execution and future maintenance.
• Procurement & Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and seamless project execution.
• Supervision & Quality Assurance: Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to project requirements and industry standards.
• Client Relations: Manage client relationships, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project delivery and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in managing and implementing low current system projects, including CCTV, access control, intrusion systems, networking, public address systems, and structured cabling.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of low current system design principles, industry standards, and HCIS regulations. Proficiency in design software and tools for system modeling and documentation is essential.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems, networking principles, and IP-based technologies is required.
