As a Field Specialist, you will shadow pharmaceutical representatives in the field, observe their customer interactions, and prepare comprehensive reports based on your observations. This appointment-based role offers the potential for long-term collaboration and is ideal for candidates looking for flexible, project-related work.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shadowing days with sales representatives
• Observe and document customer interactions without disruption
• Conduct interviews with sales representatives during field days
• Submit structured reports within 24-48 hours of field visits
• Attend online sessions to understand project objectives and provide feedback
• Participate in project debrief calls and contribute to final recommendations

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or market research within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and oral)
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, science, or a data-focused field
• Flexibility to work from morning to evening and travel within the country
• Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
