To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven track record of consistent and quantifiable individual sales success with high-net-worth investors
• At least 5 years of success selling to high-net-worth individuals
• CME 1 certification (preferred) or CFA/equivalent education
• A motivated mindset with a strong goal orientation
• The ability to take calculated risks and learn from setbacks
• Dynamic interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences
• A highly ethical and professional demeanor
