Laboratory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Saudi German Health, a leading healthcare provider in the Middle East and North Africa, seeks a dedicated Laboratory Manager for our state-of-the-art facility in Jeddah. As a full-time, on-site role, you will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring accurate and timely test results while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Manage laboratory staff, schedules, and workflow to optimize performance.
• Supervise quality control procedures and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, support research and development, and optimize laboratory processes.
• Manage inventory, documentation, and reporting, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Train and mentor team members, implementing best practices and driving excellence.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field. Proven 5+ years of experience in lab management and supervisory roles. Professional certification is an advantage.

Required Skills: Strong laboratory skills, quality control expertise, proficiency in working with laboratory equipment, solid analytical skills, R&D experience, effective communication, attention to detail, familiarity with LIS, documentation standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
