Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PAS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team, providing technical leadership and deep domain expertise in the PAS Cyber Integrity solution. This role will serve as a critical resource for the implementation, optimization, and expansion of PAS Cyber Integrity, with a focus on asset inventory and vulnerability management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, hands-on experience in operational technology (OT) environments, and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership and Expertise: Deliver authoritative technical guidance and subject matter expertise for the PAS Cyber Integrity asset inventory and vulnerability management solutions. Contribute to the strategic expansion of these solutions to enhance operational security and compliance across the enterprise.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Demonstrate a strong understanding of PAS Cyber Integrity’s architecture and functionality, with the capability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges in OT environments. Provide timely and effective support to resolve issues that may impact asset visibility, vulnerability assessment, or system performance.
- Asset Management Proficiency: Execute asset onboarding and offboarding processes within the PAS Cyber Integrity platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date asset inventories in OT settings. Maintain meticulous records and configurations to support compliance and risk management objectives.
- Site Support and Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to site teams, addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on best practices for asset inventory and vulnerability management. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex problem-solving scenarios.
- Compliance and Reporting Assistance: Support site teams in the preparation and submission of compliance reports, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary data, validate accuracy, and streamline reporting processes.
- Knowledge Transfer and Training: Develop and deliver targeted training sessions to enhance the skills of site teams, fostering a deeper understanding of PAS Cyber Integrity functionalities and operational best practices. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization.
- Analytical and Communication Excellence: Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and written communication skills to effectively document processes, articulate technical concepts, and convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates for this role should possess a combination of technical acumen, operational experience, and strong interpersonal abilities. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience with PAS Cyber Integrity or comparable asset inventory and vulnerability management solutions is required, with a preference for candidates with direct OT environment exposure. Proficiency in troubleshooting, asset lifecycle management, and compliance reporting is essential. The ability to collaborate across global teams, mentor colleagues, and drive process improvements will be a significant advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset, are critical to success in this position.
