Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership and Governance: Oversee the clinic’s medical services, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and quality of care. Act as the primary point of accountability for all medical operations and outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the regulations and guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Health (MOH), the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), and the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI). Implement and maintain policies and procedures that align with these regulatory bodies to uphold the clinic’s accreditation and reputation.
- Team Supervision and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary medical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth. Provide guidance to junior doctors, nurses, and support staff to enhance their clinical skills and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Clinical Protocol Development: Design, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and service delivery. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetic medicine to ensure the clinic remains at the cutting edge of the field.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead the recruitment process for high-caliber medical professionals, ensuring the clinic attracts and retains top talent. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of the medical team, aligning with the clinic’s strategic objectives.
- Strategic Growth and Innovation: Collaborate with the clinic’s leadership to support and drive strategic initiatives aimed at expanding Bare Beauty Clinic’s market presence, enhancing patient satisfaction, and achieving sustainable growth. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in service delivery and operational processes.
Requirements
- Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.
- Professional Qualifications: Active registration as a Consultant Dermatologist with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Clinical Experience: Proven experience in dermatology, laser medicine, and aesthetic treatments, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
