Your Role as a Barista

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at Silver Sands Beach. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency. Your primary objective will be to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Guest Service: Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and care.
• Order Management: Accurately take customer orders and handle cash or point-of-sale transactions with efficiency and precision.
• Maintenance and Hygiene: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
• Equipment Care: Ensure the proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and related equipment to uphold operational standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control, including the timely replenishment of supplies to meet demand.
• Presentation and Consistency: Present beverages in an appealing and consistent manner, reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Qualifications and Skills
