In this pivotal role, you will ensure robust financial reporting, statutory compliance, and governance for our Saudi entity.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Oversee compliance with IFRS, SOCPA, ZATCA, and SAMA reporting requirements.
• Manage treasury operations and liquidity management.
• Drive external audits and establish strong internal controls.
• Support provisioning and ECL calculations under IFRS 9.
• Lead ERP re-platforming to Oracle NetSuite and integrations.
• Prepare and submit statutory and prudential reports to SAMA and tax filings to ZATCA.
• Manage intercompany and transfer pricing compliance.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing local finance team.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure finance readiness for new product launches.

We seek a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with a SOCPA qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA also considered with SOCPA eligibility). You should have 8-12+ years of experience in controllership, statutory reporting, or finance leadership in FinTech, banking, payments, or Big 4 FS audit. Strong knowledge of IFRS and local KSA accounting/tax regulations is required.
