We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our partner company's team, based in Saudi Arabia. This role offers the unique opportunity to work independently while having access to global hiring opportunities across diverse industries and functions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to final submission and placement. You will work closely with hiring stakeholders to understand their needs and translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.

Your expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and engaging with technical talent will be crucial in identifying and attracting qualified candidates across technology and business domains. You will conduct recruiter interviews to assess candidates' technical alignment, experience, motivation, and availability, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines will be a key aspect of this role. You will ensure high-quality candidate submissions that match role requirements and client expectations, and collaborate with recruitment teams and stakeholders to improve placement success and hiring efficiency.

• Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments
• Self-motivation and comfort working independently
• Experience recruiting across additional functions (a plus)
