Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, code, test, and deploy robust software applications specifically engineered for inspection workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to industry standards.
• System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and secure software solutions that optimize inspection processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting functionalities.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing methodologies to validate software performance, reliability, and security, while identifying and resolving defects to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and API documentation, to facilitate smooth deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with stakeholders, including inspection experts, project managers, and IT teams, to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement in software capabilities.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all developed software complies with relevant regulatory standards, security protocols, and industry best practices to safeguard sensitive data and maintain operational integrity.
• Maintenance & Support: Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and software updates, to ensure uninterrupted operation and user satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in software development with expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like .NET, Spring, or Django.
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience with data modeling, query optimization, and integration.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies, including version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with inspection processes, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO, API) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
