Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues related to automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software components. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Customer and Dealer Support: Provide expert technical assistance to customers, dealerships, and service centers to ensure minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to facilitate clear communication and resolution of issues.
• System Optimization and Upgrades: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance, efficiency, and safety of automotive systems. Recommend and implement system upgrades, patches, and improvements to align with industry standards and customer expectations.
• Technical Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and system specifications. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external partners to ensure proficiency in system operations and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in automotive systems or related disciplines are highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including powertrain, chassis, electrical, and software systems. Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and oscilloscopes is essential.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. A methodical approach to problem-solving with a focus on root cause analysis.
