Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy cutting-edge IT solutions, including network infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise applications, to meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
• System Integration and Optimization: Ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and third-party systems while optimizing performance to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level technical support to resolve complex IT issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted business operations. This includes diagnosing hardware and software problems, implementing corrective measures, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT managers, developers, and end-users, to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security best practices, including data protection, access controls, and compliance with industry standards and regulations to safeguard organizational assets.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes. Prepare detailed reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions for management review.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and competitiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions under pressure.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Willingness to mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
