About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to support our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare solutions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Identify and engage high-potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Process Optimization: Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing time-to-hire, and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to all hiring regulations, maintain accurate records, and uphold the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and reinforce our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the transition of new hires by coordinating with HR and departmental teams to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR function, with a proven track record of successful hires.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, such as Workday, Greenhouse, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and generate actionable insights to improve hiring strategies.
- Knowledge of employment laws, EEOC guidelines, and best practices in diversity recruitment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
