Digital Solutions Architect / Lead Developer- Arabic Speaker (9 Month )

Role Summary

The Digital Solutions Architect / Lead Developer- Arabic Speaker is responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, and efficient digital applications and services aligned with Ministry-approved standards. This role requires a strong technical background, with a focus on .NET, Angular, and SQL Server, as well as experience in enterprise integrations, DevOps, and secure coding practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures adhering to Ministry-approved standards.
• Ensure the use of approved technologies such as .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Develop secure digital applications and services following secure coding standards.
• Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, ESB, and middleware technologies.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare technical and architectural documentation.
• Implement and validate High Availability and Failover mechanisms.
• Support performance, security, and functional testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with MFA, WAF, Data Encryption, Monitoring, and SSO requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital application and system development.
• Strong experience with .NET, Angular, SQL Server, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
• Excellent architectural and technical leadership skills
