Country Manager - Middle East

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our operations as the Country Manager in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including 5 years in overseas project management.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in international project delivery, market expansion, and commercial negotiations, coupled with strong knowledge of international engineering regulations, construction standards, and project management practices. Familiarity with the Middle East markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE, is essential, including understanding of local regulations, business practices, and industry requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are crucial, along with strong business acumen, risk assessment, and problem-solving capabilities. The role demands a high level of integrity, professionalism, resilience, and the ability to thrive in challenging overseas environments.
