Your Role as an Account Manager

• Manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, ensuring long-term success and relationship management.
• Drive product adoption by understanding customer needs, conducting health checks, and recommending suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, from business users to executive sponsors.
• Own customer renewals by proactively identifying risks, reducing churn, and ensuring timely contract renewals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer requirements and aligning appropriate solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, QBRs, adoption reviews, and executive business reviews to maximize customer value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Monitor customer health and proactively address risks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing B2B customer accounts and driving customer success.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
