Senior Manager

Role Purpose

The Senior Manager – Regional Student Recruitment is tasked with spearheading student enrollment growth across designated regions by crafting and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of vocational education frameworks, particularly those regulated by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and the capacity to forge meaningful partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and industry leaders. The position is pivotal in driving institutional growth by aligning recruitment efforts with market demands and institutional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment & Enrollment

• Develop and execute comprehensive regional recruitment strategies to achieve and exceed enrollment targets.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including inquiry management, application processing, candidate screening, enrollment facilitation, and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to refine program positioning and enhance conversion rates.

Outreach & School Engagement

• Establish and nurture partnerships with secondary schools, career counselors, and feeder institutions through targeted outreach initiatives and career guidance sessions.
• Conduct regular engagement activities to raise awareness of vocational education pathways and institutional offerings.

Business Development, Industry & Government Engagement

• Engage with employers, industry stakeholders, and government bodies to strengthen employability pathways and align educational outcomes with labor market needs.
• Represent the institute at industry fairs, exhibitions, and community events to generate leads and enhance institutional visibility.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving student preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed performance reports to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must possess the following credentials and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in student recruitment, admissions, or education marketing within vocational or higher education sectors.
• Proven track record of success in the Saudi education market, with specific experience in TVTC-governed institutions.
• Established professional networks with schools, employers, and key stakeholders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and digital recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance outreach.

Additional Requirements

The position necessitates a willingness to undertake extensive domestic and international travel to support recruitment initiatives and stakeholder engagements. A valid Saudi driving license is preferred to facilitate mobility across regions.
