Your Impact

In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of our platform by supporting the Anti-Fraud team. Your responsibilities will encompass executing investigations, maintaining meticulous documentation, and generating insightful reports to combat fraud across events. Key Responsibilities

• Case Management and Documentation: Record, update, and maintain comprehensive records of all fraud cases, including timelines, resolutions, and follow-up actions in internal databases and tracking systems. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for review.
• Analytical Support: Assist the Anti-Fraud Specialist in compiling event-level analyses, compiling cancellation lists, and providing data-driven recommendations for user blocking to mitigate fraudulent activities.
• Reporting and Metrics Tracking: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly fraud trend reports, including KPIs such as investigation volumes, SLA compliance rates, and review accuracy metrics. Present findings to management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Investigative Assistance: Conduct manual reviews of suspicious activities, identify patterns of fraudulent behavior, and escalate critical cases for further investigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent fraud reporting and resolution processes.
• Data Integrity and Confidentiality: Uphold stringent confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive user data and investigation materials. Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements to protect the integrity of the platform.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with equivalent experience in operations, fraud prevention, or risk management will also be considered.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in operations, data entry, fraud/risk support, or a similar analytical role. Experience in the ticketing industry or exposure to digital fraud detection systems is advantageous.
