The Senior Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving Ollen's private sector growth in Saudi Arabia. This senior, relationship-led role requires strong market access, commercial maturity, and the ability to position Ollen's comprehensive capabilities to senior decision-makers.

• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of new private sector opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
• Leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders to identify client needs and position Ollen as a practical growth partner.
• Coordinate with Ollen's leadership and delivery teams to shape relevant proposals and commercial offers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, opportunity status, revenue forecasts, and client relationship notes.
• Represent Ollen professionally in meetings, market events, and strategic discussions.
• Support Ollen in understanding the Saudi private sector landscape.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4-7 years of business development, client acquisition, or commercial leadership experience, with a strong existing network in the Saudi private sector. Proven ability to develop senior relationships and sell complex professional services is essential.
