Your Role as Medical Manager – Middle East

As the Medical Manager – Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our medical strategy for the region, leveraging our Vision AI technology to drive the adoption of AI-powered digital health solutions. This position serves as a critical bridge between clinical innovation and digital transformation, ensuring that our AI-driven screening, triage, and therapeutic tools are seamlessly integrated into modern clinical practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access, to align medical objectives with business goals while advancing our mission to democratize predictive healthcare.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong medical background, preferably in cardiology or digital health, along with hands-on experience in the Saudi healthcare market. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating regional healthcare systems, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving the adoption of transformative digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Medical Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a robust regional medical strategy for AI-powered cardiovascular and respiratory screening technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align medical objectives with business goals and product lifecycle management.
  • Provide strategic medical input into product development, go-to-market strategies, and commercial planning.
  • Engage with potential customers and partners to identify and expand commercial opportunities.
• Scientific Engagement & Education:
  • Build and nurture relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
  • Organize and lead advisory boards, scientific symposia, and educational events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Deliver compelling scientific presentations and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Clinical & Real-World Evidence:
  • Support the design and execution of clinical trials and real-world evidence (RWE) studies to validate product efficacy and safety.
  • Interpret and communicate clinical data to demonstrate product value, differentiation, and clinical utility.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to validate AI algorithms and ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Regulatory & Compliance:
  • Lead local regulatory submissions and coordinate with health authorities to secure clinical credentials and approvals.
  • Ensure all medical activities comply with regional regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
  • Provide medical review and approval for promotional and non-promotional materials to maintain compliance.
• Digital Health Integration:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for clinicians evaluating digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.
  • Advocate for the adoption of AI-driven diagnostics in clinical workflows and healthcare systems.
  • Partner with digital health platforms, telemedicine providers, and health systems to drive implementation and adoption.
  • Monitor emerging trends in AI, digital biomarkers, and cardiovascular diagnostics to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a medical or clinical role, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in cardiology, digital health, or regional healthcare systems.
• Regional Expertise: Prior experience working in the Saudi healthcare market is highly preferred.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with key stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex medical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regional regulatory processes and compliance requirements in healthcare.
