Your Role:

• Lead and supervise quality assurance activities, ensuring agents meet operational KPIs and rider experience expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate agents' performance using a quality monitoring system, assessing script adherence, data accuracy, and process consistency.
• Analyze failures, develop action plans, and communicate results to management and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide training recommendations.
• Provide guidance and support to the QA team, fostering a positive work environment and conducting regular coaching and training sessions.
• Uphold high-performance standards and promote HungerStation's values.

Your Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, or quality control.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a background in KPI monitoring and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
