About the Role
The Manager - Asset Infrastructure Design plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping Qiddiya’s IT infrastructure landscape. Key Responsibilities
The Manager will lead a multifaceted portfolio of responsibilities, including:
- Strategic Planning and Governance: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for IT infrastructure assets, ensuring seamless alignment with Qiddiya’s overarching business goals and enterprise architecture frameworks. Establish and enforce governance policies to maintain consistency, compliance, and scalability across all infrastructure initiatives.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Qiddiya and external technology partners, consultants, and vendors. Oversee vendor delivery timelines, performance, and adherence to contractual obligations while resolving complex technical and design challenges that may arise during implementation.
- Security and Compliance Oversight: Champion a security-first approach by ensuring all infrastructure designs comply with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and Qiddiya’s internal security standards. Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in infrastructure design, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture are highly desirable.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure design, governance, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
