We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and maintaining robust middleware solutions that facilitate seamless enterprise connectivity and data flow between internal systems and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

As a System Integration Engineer at RMG, your core responsibilities will include:

• Middleware Development and Deployment: Design, code, and deploy integration adapters, connectors, and middleware solutions using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies to ensure efficient data exchange and system interoperability.
• Protocol and Standard Compliance: Configure and enforce routing rules, message transformations, and communication protocols such as SOAP, REST, JMS, and FTP to maintain secure and reliable data transmission across enterprise applications.
• Technical Support and Testing: Provide expert technical support during integration testing phases for APIs and web services, ensuring functionality, data integrity, and compliance with business requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement actionable solutions to enhance integration processes, scalability, and reliability.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation for all integration flows, system interfaces, and middleware configurations to support knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and possess the required technical expertise:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in system integration, with a proven track record of designing and implementing middleware solutions in enterprise environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with ESB tools such as MuleSoft, Apache Camel, WSO2, or IBM Integration Bus. Proficiency in web services (RESTful and SOAP), XML/JSON data formats, and API management is essential.
• Messaging and Data Formats: Solid understanding of messaging protocols including JMS and AMQP, as well as experience working with various data formats to ensure seamless integration across diverse systems.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (conversational) and full proficiency in Arabic are required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration.
