To support our ambitious vision, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Duty Officer to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in managing flight and cabin crew operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of all crew-related operations. Your duties will include coordinating departures and arrivals, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and collaborating with Crew Duty Controllers to support real-time decision-making. You will oversee crew rostering, monitor crew performance, and uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory adherence across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage crew operations to ensure timely departures and arrivals while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee crew rostering processes to ensure optimal staffing levels and adherence to scheduling policies.
• Monitor crew performance and address any operational or compliance issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Crew Duty Controllers and other stakeholders to support real-time decision-making during disruptions or time-sensitive scenarios.
• Collect, analyze, and report on crew-related data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and enhance operational performance.
• Ensure seamless communication of flight status updates to crew members and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic projects aimed at optimizing crew operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with crew members, stakeholders, and external authorities to foster collaboration and compliance.

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring a degree qualification and a minimum of four years of relevant experience in crew operations, scheduling, or planning within the airline industry. Prior experience in a 24/7 operations environment is highly desirable. Your expertise should include managing crew-related data, ensuring roster compliance, and diagnosing operational constraints with precision and efficiency. The ability to make rapid, well-informed decisions under pressure—particularly during disruptions or time-critical scenarios—is essential.

Familiarity with Operations Control and Crew Center operations will be a significant advantage.
