Storekeeper - Inventory Management & Operations

The ideal candidate for our Storekeeper position will be a meticulous and organized professional responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the smooth flow of spare parts and supplies. This role is crucial in supporting daily workshop operations and requires strong organizational skills and inventory management expertise.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Oversee the receipt, inspection, unloading, and organization of incoming items and spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the purchasing team.
• Handle the receipt and issuance of goods, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and HSE-compliant store environment.
• Label, pack, return, and rotate stock as required.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in stock management or a related role.
• Proven knowledge of inventory control practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
