Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Operations Supervisor, you will serve as the backbone of our e-commerce operations, ensuring flawless execution from order placement to final delivery. Key Responsibilities

Order & Inventory Management

• Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent fulfillment delays.
• Manage return and exchange processes with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, minimizing disruptions and enhancing trust in our brand.

Customer Experience Optimization

• Lead customer service operations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and implement strategic improvements that elevate the e-commerce journey.
• Champion a customer-centric culture within the team, fostering loyalty and long-term engagement.

Logistics & Fulfillment Oversight

• Coordinate with leading shipping providers to guarantee timely, reliable, and high-quality delivery services.
• Monitor logistics key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics operations, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Operational Performance & Analysis

• Generate and analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manual errors, and improve scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing teams to align operational capabilities with campaign timelines and promotional strategies.
• Work alongside IT to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related technical issues, ensuring uninterrupted e-commerce functionality.
• Coordinate with finance teams to streamline billing processes, payment reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure all e-commerce operations adhere to company policies, industry standards, and local regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Stay abreast of evolving e-commerce laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to uphold operational excellence and mitigate risks.

Team Management & Development

• Supervise and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring consistent operational standards.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and adapt to new systems or technologies.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment that drives accountability and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Proven expertise in inventory management systems, logistics processes, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with logistics providers, shipping partners, and third-party vendors.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
• In-depth knowledge of local e-commerce regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in Saudi Arabia.
