As a People Experience & Culture - Trainee, you will work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of employee lifecycle management. This includes onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and cultural initiatives. You will also assist in administrative tasks and projects that enhance our people experience.

To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Previous HR experience is not required, but a strong interest in HR and a passion for people is a must. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
