West Regional Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive West Regional Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the critical link between our regional operations and central departments, ensuring seamless communication, efficient task execution, and alignment with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, performance monitoring, and administrative support to drive operational excellence and business growth in the western region.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the regional office and head office, facilitating clear and consistent communication to enhance task execution and operational efficiency. Your role will be instrumental in bridging gaps between departments to ensure cohesive regional operations.
• Strategic Planning and Inventory Management: Monitor inventory movement meticulously and coordinate stock transfers from production facilities or central plants to regional warehouses. Your efforts will ensure optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted sales activities and meet regional demand.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), sales performance metrics, and operational data. Prepare comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights for regional managers and senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Administrative Excellence: Provide robust administrative support by scheduling critical meetings, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining organized documentation for regional activities. Your attention to detail will ensure smooth workflows and compliance with organizational standards.
• Issue Resolution and Collaboration: Proactively coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve operational or customer-related issues in the region. Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Equivalent professional certifications will be considered an asset.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in regional coordination or a similar operational role. Prior exposure to inventory management and performance tracking is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, reporting, and documentation. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will be advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Your interpersonal skills will be key in fostering collaboration and resolving issues effectively.
• Technical Advantage: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR management systems is a plus, enabling you to leverage technology for enhanced regional coordination and performance tracking.
