Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by executing effective sales strategies and aligning with forecasted goals.

• Inventory and Shelf Management: Monitor product shelf life and support inventory management processes to minimize product expiry and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Market Intelligence and Reporting: Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform strategic decision-making. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and territory plans.
• Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and exceptional service.
