Junior Accountant - Sulay, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Day & Night Company, a leading provider of rental power solutions across Saudi Arabia, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This full-time role involves maintaining accurate accounting records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring VAT compliance using Odoo and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate accounting records.
Record and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports and account statements.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist in VAT calculations, filing preparation, and ensure compliance with Saudi VAT regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related matters.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and supporting records.
Perform other accounting tasks assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Basic knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
Experience with Saudi VAT procedures and compliance.
Proficient computer skills, with a strong background in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.

Preferred Skills:
