Job Overview

We are a leading Saudi company specializing in premium snacks and branded FMCG products, collaborating with top retail chains and modern trade customers across Saudi Arabia. To support our expansion in Jeddah and Riyadh, we are seeking experienced and motivated Merchandisers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving in-store execution excellence, ensuring our brands achieve maximum visibility, availability, and market impact. Your responsibilities will encompass daily store visits, merchandising compliance, promotional execution, and real-time coordination with our sales team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Execution & Route Planning: Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets following a structured route plan to ensure timely and efficient coverage of key accounts.
• Product Availability & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock situations, ensuring optimal product availability and timely replenishment as needed.
• Planogram & Merchandising Compliance: Execute approved planograms and merchandising standards with precision, maintaining high standards for shelf presentation, product rotation, and freshness.
• Promotional & Marketing Execution: Implement in-store promotional displays, marketing materials, and seasonal campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Competitor & Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and shelf share to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to align merchandising activities with sales objectives, ensuring seamless communication and execution of in-store initiatives.
• Reporting & Documentation: Submit detailed daily field reports, including store photos and activity documentation, to provide real-time insights into execution performance and market conditions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of two years of proven experience as a Merchandiser in the FMCG sector, with a strong track record in retail execution.
• Modern Trade Expertise: Hands-on experience working with modern trade accounts in Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of retail standards and customer expectations.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with premium snacks and branded FMCG products is highly advantageous, enabling you to execute merchandising strategies with precision.
• Retail Standards: Strong grasp of modern trade execution requirements, including planogram compliance, shelf management, and promotional execution.
• Logistics & Mobility: Valid Saudi driving license with the ability to travel between multiple locations daily, ensuring efficient coverage of assigned territories.
• Communication & Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, retail partners, and stakeholders to drive execution excellence.
