Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
The Employee Relationship Officer will play a critical role in managing government HR platforms, including Qiwa, Gosi, Muqeem, and Mudad, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Saudi Labour Laws and experience with the Tawteen program, enabling them to navigate complex regulatory frameworks with ease. Additionally, this role encompasses overseeing general HR functions, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with local labor policies.
Core Duties
- Manage and process data on government HR platforms, including Qiwa, Gosi, Muqeem, and Mudad, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide expert guidance on Saudi Labour Laws and ensure full compliance in all HR-related processes.
- Oversee the implementation and management of the Tawteen program, aligning with organizational and governmental requirements.
- Handle general HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve HR-related queries and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.
- Stay updated on evolving labor laws and government regulations to proactively address compliance risks.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on government platform management and Saudi Labour Laws.
- Proven expertise in the Tawteen program and familiarity with platforms such as Qiwa, Gosi, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex HR scenarios and ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
