Job Overview

This position is exclusively designed for Saudi nationals as part of localization initiatives aimed at nurturing local talent within the real estate and construction sectors. The Fresh Graduate Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting technical, site, and administrative operations across our diverse portfolio of real estate development and construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Technical and Design Support: Assist engineering teams in reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Site Coordination and Monitoring: Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, prepare detailed progress reports, and verify adherence to design standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
• Quality and Safety Assurance: Conduct inspections, measurements, and quality checks to uphold high standards of workmanship and safety. Collaborate with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams to resolve project-related issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress logs, meeting minutes, and technical reports. Support the PMO in tracking performance indicators and documenting lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Engineering Development: Engage in mentorship and training programs to enhance technical skills and gain exposure to various engineering disciplines, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural domains.
• Technical Office Support: Contribute to the Technical Office by preparing technical documents, reviewing drawings, and assisting in the resolution of engineering challenges to optimize project outcomes.
• Project Delivery Assistance: Support the Project Delivery team in monitoring work execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
• Administrative and Compliance Support: Assist in planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs, and other administrative tasks as required, ensuring all project activities are documented and reported in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Adaptability and Growth: Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development, embracing new challenges and contributing innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience Level: Fresh graduates with no prior professional experience are encouraged to apply, as this role is designed to provide foundational training and career development.
• Nationality: Must be a Saudi national, as this position is part of localization initiatives to support the growth of local talent in the real estate sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Primavera is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in these tools will be developed through on-the-job training.
• Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
