Senior Manager - Operational Readiness

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to spearhead the comprehensive operational preparedness for our groundbreaking entertainment and cultural initiatives. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution and sustained success of world-class facilities by integrating strategic planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and refine robust operational readiness plans that are fully aligned with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives, ensuring seamless project launches and long-term operational excellence.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with project teams, operations, engineering, and key stakeholders to embed operational readiness considerations into every phase of project execution, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough readiness assessments to identify potential risks, gaps, and opportunities. Develop and execute targeted mitigation strategies to guarantee successful project launches and uninterrupted operations.
• Training and Development: Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs to equip staff and operational teams with the skills and knowledge required to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and performance. Provide insightful reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Industry Best Practices: Champion the adoption of industry-leading best practices and innovative methodologies to elevate operational readiness and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Guest-Centric Approach: Embed a guest-focused mindset across all operational readiness initiatives, ensuring that every aspect of the visitor experience is optimized for satisfaction, engagement, and excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in operational management or readiness, including at least three years in a senior leadership role. Prior experience within the entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale infrastructure sectors is strongly preferred.
