Finance Manager - UR SUPPORT, Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team at UR SUPPORT in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and analysis.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans to support the organization's objectives.
• Managing the budgeting process and providing variance analysis.
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.
• Managing and developing the finance team.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
