ENGINEER, TESTING CENTRAL REGION

Position Overview

Alfanar Projects is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer, Testing Central Region to join our dynamic team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Engineer, Testing Central Region will play a critical role in the following areas:

• Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and safety of projects under development. Ensure all testing activities align with project timelines and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections, audits, and testing procedures to identify defects, non-conformities, or areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all testing activities comply with international, regional, and company-specific standards, including ISO, ASTM, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed documentation of test results and compliance records.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Perform risk assessments to identify potential testing gaps or project risks. Propose and implement corrective actions to mitigate identified risks and enhance overall project reliability.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide technical expertise, support, and guidance throughout the testing lifecycle. Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment on testing objectives and outcomes.
• Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging testing technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend and implement improvements to testing processes and systems where applicable.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed test reports, including findings, analysis, and recommendations. Present results to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key insights and actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in testing, quality assurance, or project management are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in testing, quality assurance, or a related field, with a proven track record in project-based environments. Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and equipment relevant to the industry. Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, SAP, or other project management and testing software is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar credentials are a plus.
