Position Overview

RGB Productions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Riyadh Region. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, exceptional analytical abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will play a central role in managing the financial health of RGB Productions by executing a wide range of accounting functions, including:

• Daily Financial Operations: Recording and processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate general ledgers, and reconciling accounts to ensure precision in financial records.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Preparing and issuing invoices, tracking payments, and managing vendor and client accounts to optimize cash flow and maintain strong financial relationships.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Compiling and presenting financial reports for management, including budget variances, forecasting models, and cash flow projections, to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborating with leadership to develop and monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensuring adherence to local financial regulations, tax obligations, and internal policies while coordinating with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Process Improvement: Evaluating existing financial procedures and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen internal controls.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with production and operations teams to align financial records with project milestones, ensuring accurate cost tracking and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly desirable. Prior experience in a creative, media, or production environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of accounting software, spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and digital financial systems to streamline processes and generate accurate reports.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and risk management.
• Attention to Detail & Organization: A meticulous approach to financial record-keeping, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders across departments to foster transparency and alignment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements to ensure the organization remains in good standing.
