Safety Officer (Wood Factory) - Saudi Arabia

Elite Luminary Company LTD is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer for our wood factory in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

• Conduct daily safety inspections to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Recommend corrective actions and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to educate employees on HSE best practices.
• Investigate accidents, prepare reports, and maintain HSE documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour and HSE regulations.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Physiotherapy, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant fields such as manpower recruitment, industrial machineries, fire fighting and safety, or healthcare. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Candidates with NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification are highly preferred. A strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards is essential. The salary range for this position is Tk. 80000 - 130000 per month.
