Position Overview

The Junior Front-End Developer will collaborate closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to design, build, and maintain modern web applications. Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Assist in the creation of reusable UI components and front-end features to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
• Translate UI/UX design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive web pages.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness to deliver a seamless user experience across devices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance to meet industry standards and user expectations.

Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and team meetings to align on project goals and timelines.
• Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and web services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Code Quality

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues efficiently, leveraging browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
• Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.

Continuous Learning

• Stay current with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in front-end development or web development.
• Internship, freelance, academic, or personal project experience in web development is highly valued.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Basic knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS to streamline development.
