ServiceNow Senior Developer- IRM, TPRM & BCM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer specializing in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This pivotal role will involve designing, developing, and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions to enhance our organization’s risk management, compliance, and operational resilience frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in ServiceNow platform development, coupled with a strong understanding of IRM, TPRM, and BCM processes, to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Development: Lead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications tailored for IRM, TPRM, and BCM, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational requirements.
• Platform Optimization: Enhance existing ServiceNow instances by implementing advanced workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline risk assessment, vendor management, and continuity planning processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk management, IT, compliance, and business units, to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver tailored solutions that address critical business challenges.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all developed solutions adhere to regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry frameworks, while maintaining audit readiness and data integrity.
• Performance & Scalability: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of ServiceNow applications.
• Training & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
• Vendor & Third-Party Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party tools and services, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes, while generating insightful reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on IRM, TPRM, and BCM modules. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, business rules, and integrations is essential.
• Risk Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Integrated Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management principles, frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT), and regulatory requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify technical solutions, and implement scalable configurations to address evolving organizational needs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Certifications: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk, Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable. Additional certifications in risk management or related fields are a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
