Lead Functional Consultant
Datamatics Technologies, a leading global provider of technology solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Lead Functional Consultant in our Riyadh office.
The Lead Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading a team of functional consultants, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of functional consultants, providing guidance, and mentoring to support their professional growth.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, managing client expectations, and ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed client requirements.
- Defining and documenting functional requirements, use cases, and user stories, and ensuring they are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met and within budget.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented and tested.
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring client sign-off on project deliverables.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in functional consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and functional analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
