Yasref Cooperative Training Program (COOP) – Trainee Opportunity

Yasref is pleased to announce its Cooperative Training Program (COOP), designed to provide high-caliber Saudi students with a transformative professional experience. This structured initiative is tailored to equip participants with hands-on industry exposure while fulfilling the mandatory practical training requirements of their respective universities and colleges. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will receive a comprehensive evaluation, which contributes to their final COOP credit grade as mandated by their academic institutions.

Program Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this exclusive opportunity, applicants must meet the following stringent eligibility requirements:

• Academic Standing: Applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.6 out of 4.0 (or 3.3 out of 5.0) for technical majors, and 2.8 out of 4.0 (or 3.5 out of 5.0) for non-technical majors. Equivalent grading scales are also accepted. Priority will be given to candidates with the highest academic performance.
• Enrollment Status: Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university or college and must not have graduated at the time of application. Additionally, accepted trainees are required to refrain from enrolling in any university classes or modules during their designated training period.
• Program Completion: Participants must successfully complete the entire duration of the COOP training without interruption to be eligible for credit evaluation.

Required Documentation

All applicants must submit the following documents as part of their application:

• A clear copy of the applicant’s Government-issued ID.
• A certified copy of the latest official academic transcript, reflecting the applicant’s cumulative GPA and academic performance.
• An official letter from the applicant’s university or college, detailing the objectives of the COOP program and specifying the required duration of the training.

Application Timeline

The application window for the Yasref COOP Trainee Program is strictly defined. Interested candidates must submit their applications between 20 July 2026 and 30 July 2026. Late submissions will not be considered, and applicants are encouraged to prepare their documentation in advance to ensure timely submission.

Selection Process

Due to the competitive nature of this program, acceptance is contingent upon the availability of training slots and the fulfillment of all eligibility criteria. Only a limited number of high-potential candidates will be selected to participate in this prestigious initiative.
