Marriott International, Inc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor-Accounting to join our team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for overseeing the accounting functions and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and review financial reports
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial information
• Implement and maintain internal controls

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems is required. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
