Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, supporting all logistical activities to maintain seamless supply chain management. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks designed to uphold the integrity, organization, and functionality of our warehouse operations.

Key duties include receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording all incoming goods and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and order specifications. You will be responsible for systematically storing products and raw materials in designated locations, optimizing space utilization while facilitating easy retrieval. Additionally, you will execute order fulfillment processes by meticulously picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

To maintain optimal inventory levels, you will conduct regular stock counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies to support accurate record-keeping and financial transparency. A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment is essential, as you will uphold stringent hygiene and safety protocols to prevent hazards and ensure operational efficiency. Proficiency in operating basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified), will be required to facilitate the movement of goods. Collaboration with the logistics team is also integral, as you will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to align with production and customer demand.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in both Arabic and English at a basic level, enabling effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy materials are essential, as the role involves frequent lifting, carrying, and maneuvering of goods.
